TERMS AND CONDITION

1. At least one parent must accompany the child for US visa interview.

2. Diviliz reserve the right to reschedule the trip if Dollar rate high, government policies or any other adverse condition that can infringe on our smooth strip .

3. We reserve the right to transfer a delegate from one conference to the other.

4. Any delegate who wants to sleep alone on a bed/room will pay extra $500 / $1000 per night.

5. Al delegates eats three times and Nigerian meals are not included in the menu

 6. Any delegate who aquire visa on NHSMUN platform must travle with Divilis first with that visa. Any delegate who declines traveling after he/she is granted visa will pay the required amount, ($1000) or have their visa cancelded ny IMUNA.

7. All payment must be made at least 4 weeks before departure date. Late payments will attract and extra $500.

8. DIVILIZ reserves the right to book any partner airline for all delegate (Lufthansa, Iberia, Air France, KLM, Egypt Air, Royal Air Moroc, Arik, British Airways, Qatar and Turkey Airways). delegate with preferred airline will pay the difference .

9. Delegates who misses flight not caused by DIVILIZ, the cost for rebooking or transfer will be on the parents.

10. Diviliz reserves the right to increase or reduce the cost without prior notice depending on the Dollar exchange.

11. Diviliz reserve the right to alter the cost implication due to change charge in Naira or Dollar.

12.Refunds are made, after reapplicatin, if Visa is denied less the underlisterd subheads in item Number 13. 3. We reserve the right to transfer a delegate from one conference to the other.

13. Your subscription to thiis program attracts a no repfundable fee as follows (registration fee $105, school fee $95, pre acomodation booking $250, administrative charge $210, tour fee in USA $200 course materials $30, committee fee 95, wire fee $15, TOTAL $1000)

14. Note.....refunds wil be made to those who who are denied visas. in four (4 )months after the trip from USA

15. Interested Parents are required to make an initial payment of $2000 to facilitate Visa interview and the above listed subhead in item number 13 under terms and condition. however you can also pay all the $5000 if you disire

HOW CAN MY CHILD REGISTER AND JOIN THE CONFERENCE

All you need to do is to get an international passport to any First Bank and apply for an American visa, submit the photocopy of the visa application receipt and data page to passport to the child school or email to us.

HOW TO GET THE VISA

Diviliz handles the process of visa for all the kids whose parents have shown interest excluding the payment of  the visa fee.

HOW TO SPONSOR THE TRIP

The trip is strictly parent sponsored, not Nigerian government or United Nations.

WHAT IF I AM DENIED VISA

If any child is denied Visa, Diviliz will reschedule Visa interview for the child with the consent of the parent. Otherwise refunds will be made to the parent less

TOTAL FEE FOR THE TRIP

The amount for the trip is paid yearly following the the seasonal dollar exchange.
